What do we actually get at the end of this?
Both are on the table. We start with an honest assessment of what’s working and what isn’t. Sometimes a full rebrand is the right move. Sometimes it’s repositioning the message and tightening the visual system. We won’t recommend more than you need.
How long does a brand project take?
Brand positioning and messaging: 4–6 weeks. Full visual identity: add another 4–6 weeks on top. Website: 8–14 weeks depending on scope. We can run streams in parallel to compress timelines when it matters.
Who owns everything at the end?
You do. Full files, full rights, no ongoing licensing fees. Everything we build belongs to your business from day one.
What if we already have an internal designer?
Great — we’ll work with them, not around them. We handle the strategic and conceptual layer. Your designer can execute. Most of our best brand projects involve a collaboration like this.
Do we need to sort out our strategy before working on brand?
Ideally yes — strategy should drive brand, not the other way around. If you haven’t done a strategic consulting yet, we can run both together. A brand built on unclear positioning has to be rebuilt. We’d rather get it right once.
