Things people ask us about Paid Media

What budget do we need for paid media?
There’s no universal number, but as a rule: your media spend should be at least 2–3x your management fee for the channel to be worth running. We’ll tell you honestly if your budget isn’t big enough to get meaningful data — and we won’t take the work just to bill you.
How long before ads start performing?
Google Search campaigns typically show signal within 30 days. Meta and LinkedIn need 60–90 days to exit the learning phase and start optimizing properly. Anyone promising results in week one is selling you something.
Do you manage the accounts or just advise?
We manage. Strategy, creative direction, campaign build, daily optimization, reporting — all of it. You get a senior person who knows your account, not a rotating team of juniors working from a playbook.
What if we've run ads before and they didn't work?
That’s actually useful information. Nine times out of ten the issue is one of three things: wrong audience, weak creative, or a landing page that doesn’t convert. We’ll audit what happened before we recommend what to do next.
How do you measure success?
We agree on the metrics before we start — cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS, pipeline contribution — whatever connects to your actual business outcome. Impressions and clicks are nice. Revenue is better.
