How long does a diagnosis take?
Most engagements run 3–5 weeks. We move fast enough to be useful, slowly enough to get it right. We won’t charge you for time we don’t need.
Do we need to have a clear brief before we start?
No — that’s partly what this is for. If you knew exactly what you needed, you probably wouldn’t need a diagnosis. Come as you are. We’ll help figure out the rest.
What if we've already worked with another agency and it didn't go well?
Good — that experience is data. We’ll want to understand what happened and why. Most of the time the problem wasn’t effort, it was starting without enough clarity. That’s exactly what we fix.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
